ARTISTS-IN-RESIDENCE / APPRENTICESHIPS

If you're looking for an intense yet relational opportunity to maximize and accelerate your development as a worship leader and musician, then this is for you.  In addition to resourcing network mentors and their current mentoring relationships, our hope is to connect them with those looking for the next level of mentoring and training. 

These “residencies” can last between 2 months and 2 years.  Musicians and worship leaders have the opportunity to work with a mentor in a thriving worship and arts ministry.  Participants are placed with strategic partners of WFI according to how the ministry heartbeat, personality, artistic discipline, and calling of the apprentice/mentoree matches that of the mentor and local worship and arts ministry. 

This season of learning, preparation, and growth will include participation in either a global impact team or the songwriters journey.  It will include personal, professional, and Biblical development.  Participants have the opportunity to be immersed into the life and work of a mentor while also being connected to and benefiting from the wide experience of the worship mentor network as a whole.
