o in mainstream culture (clubs, coffee shops, campus venues, etc.)
o in God’s global purposes (impacting culture overseas by impacting its musicians)
The Mission - "To Prepare A Way For Worship"
> encourage leaders in personal worship (mentoring)
> equip teams for corporate worship (training and coaching)
> teach churches of Biblical worship (teaching)
> lead nations in new worship (leading)
We will encourage leaders in personal worship by mentoring worship leaders to set an example of 24/7 wholehearted life-worship, which therefore creates an expectation and environment for a worshipping church.
Training and Coaching:
We will equip teams for corporate worship by training them to effectively provide a space where people can connect with God and God with people. We will also do this by coaching those who lead the teams. The point person (worship leader) will be coached in the organization and leadership of a team and in the nuances of worship leadership in the corporate setting.
Teaching:
We will teach churches of Biblical worship by empowering congregations for worship through speaking and leading Bible studies on the motivation, purpose, meaning, and effect of a congregational and personal worship existence.
Leading:
We will lead nations in new worship by mobilizing musicians to be involved in God’s purposes around the world, with an emphasis on college musicians impacting national college musicians.
