Commendations on the ministry of worship foundations
“I attended the Worship session at Glorieta and absolutely devoured the information, wisdom, and practicalities that you shared. We lead worship at our BSU's biweekly meetings. We are beginning to structure our praise team as the one that focuses all glory and honor toward Christ rather than one that draws attention to those of us on stage. Anyway--thank you for the time and effort that you put into Glorieta and now in the follow up process. I'm looking forward to the tapes of the earlier sessions that I missed.”

“What the Church needs today is not audience-worshipping personalities or artists simply known for technical proficiency. What the Church needs are humble worship leaders who serve out of a heart transformed by grace and humility. The Worship Mentor Network aims to walk alongside emerging servant-leaders; men and women with a hunger for God and a hunger to learn a lifestyle of worship. Who else is intentionally doing this today?”
- Joey O’Connor, Director, The Grove Center for the Arts
“I want to add my thanks to you as well...worship was awesome...it really
focused it all on Jesus...where it all belongs!”
- East Asia mobilization director.
“I had an awesome time worshipping Sunday! Having you there brought a lot more to the service than I could have imagined. I told the group at band practice last night that Sunday with you was the first time that I was able to take my own worship experience to a deeper level. I also learned new songs and some new techniques in worshipping which I now try to incorporate into the service and our worship (i.e. not feeling forced to push through songs, like you expressed in your prayer) not to mention learning new songs, which was cool.”
- volunteer worship leader in VA
“Meaningful mentoring is one of the urgent needs for Christian leaders today. Our fragmented and isolated lives are producing disillusionment and burnout. Any effort to connect people in peer mentoring relationships is a strategic endeavor. I appreciate and applaud the Worship Mentor Network for taking the initiative in this vital area.”
- David Timms, chair, Graduate Ministry Department, Hope International University
“Just wanted to thank you for all your help with our music team. God has really blessed our worship time. Before you came, we had a lot of bad attitudes, due mostly to people not knowing where they fit in; and knowing the real purpose for worship. EVERYONE has changed their attitude, mostly because the music is much better.”
- Volunteer worship leader in Indiana
“Thank you so much for your worship leadership during our time in Hong Kong. God really used you to help us experience His presence during our meeting. The worship time was very meaningful and as usual, VERY WELL DONE.”

Martin's personal endorsements
As a friend, student, brother in Christ and colleague, Martin has enriched my life. How god is using him in Worship Foundations is only the tip of the iceberg. I am privileged to know him."

A MAN AFTER GOD'S OWN HEART" is the way we would describe Martin Allen as the instrument that the Father is using through Worship Foundations International. As church planters, it is extremely difficult to find the quality instructional leadership that WFI offers to help organize, structure, and facilitate a heightened overall worship experience and ministry for new church starts. Martin delivered life and breath into the music ministries of several church starts with whom we have been affiliated. Worship is Martin's passion, and it is evident in every area of his life. His desire is to motivate others to see worship as a daily, life-long ambition of the true believer. We highly recommend the ministry of Worship Foundations International.

Pioneer. Integrity. Evangelist. Discipler. Cutting edge. Committed. Kingdom-agent. These are all words that come to my mind when I think of Martin Allen and Worship Foundations Int’l. If God is leading you to be involved with cutting edge ministries, this is one life and one ministry with which you should prayerfully consider getting involved.

I have watched Martin grow and follow the Lord’s leadership in his life. He is a wonderful worship leader and gifted soloist. He has participated in the Owensboro Easter Pageant and is very convincing on the stage either in a character role or in dramatic worship. Martin is also a gifted leader whom people are eager to follow. The way in which he is best known, however, is through his commitment to follow God’s leadership in his life and ministry. Martin is also very diligent in Bible study and in increasing his knowledge of Scripture. His heart and passion are for the Lord, a refreshing characteristic I have personally experienced and come to know in him.
